Ordoro Inventory and Shipping

We have been using Ordoro for about one year and we LOVE it. It is easy to use, takes care of all our shipping needs, integrates seamlessly with Shopify and the support has been terrific. When you call them, a REAL person answers and that person KNOWS their product and helps!

We really appreciate Ordoro. It makes shipping easier. Once in a while there is a hiccough but customer support is ready to help and they are always so friendly. If you need something urgent stay online and wait for a rep. If you hang up they even make the effort to call back! Thanks Ordoro!

Ordoro works nicely and has a lot of useful features. I would like to see a pricing model that works better for businesses where a lot of dropshoppers are required to have their own portals.

Increased my price from $99.00 a month to $199.00 per month. To top things off, t he price increase was retroactive to the beginning of August. They even tried to joke about the price increase by saying "Price increases suck but ..." Who doubles their price and expects to keep their customers???

This is "simple UI, happy path" shipping software. Which would be great except it doesn't work. Have to say Ordoro has made our lives so much easier. We normally ship 20-30 packages per day, but some sale and special days, we hit 2-300, and not only does the app work with our Shopify Store, it easily integrated with Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and all our other channels.
