Plus, our shipping rates through Ordoro are better than the discounted rates we had negotiated directly with carriers! But what really sets Ordoro apart is the exceptional customer service – super fast, super friendly.

Update: After using the service for 6 years I can tell you that this is by far the best shipping solution we have found for Shopify. The workflow is simple and intuitive, the user interface is seamless and neat, and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. I don't think we've ever had a major issue with the program, but the Ordoro team was always helpful giving us a rundown of changes after any program updates. We strongly recommend getting an Ordoro Pro account for any business with medium to heavy shipping traffic as the dropshipping and kitting options are great for large inventories. Give Ordoro a shot!!!

This is a great app. It's intuitive and works seamlessly with Shopify. The biggest plus for our company is the stellar customer support. We get help instantaneously; real help, not some bored programmer, but people with their synapses firing who are patient and willing address problems and train our staff.

You want your shipping program to keep inventory and talk to your shopping cart ... so the marriage between the two has to be squabble free. Shopify and Ordoro make a great couple!

The customer support for Ordoro really sets it apart. The team is always happy to answer our questions, no matter how numerous or repetitive. The app is also updated regularly making it more efficient each time we use it. Drop shipping would be impossible for us without it.

Ordoro has immediately become a permanent fixture in our everyday work process. It has simplified things to the point that our high school-aged interns can handle printing out shipping labels after just a few minutes of training - a process that our company's Founders used to have to spend a dozen hours per week on. I'm so glad that I'll never have to "Export to CSV" or add/remove columns in Excel EVER AGAIN. Ordoro + Shopify = Awesome.

Ordoro works effortlessly with Shopify allowing us to sync products and process orders quickly along with enabling drop shipping for many of our items. The customer support team at Ordoro has also been great to work with. They are prompt and responsive and very willing to help with any questions or issues you might have. You also have the ability to talk to a real life person to better talk you through processes, setup and issues that arise. We've had a great experience with Ordoro thus far and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inventory management system that works with Shopify.

Ordoro has been an invaluable addition to our store! It has streamlined both our order-filling and shipping processes, and the customer service at Ordoro can't be beat. We've increased our order turn-around time, and decreased our shipping costs, all with friendly, quick, and knowledgable service at the click of a button. Pick lists, packing lists, and label printing are incredibly easy, and the ease with which we can choose USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex is awesome. Not only that, but we get to share Ordoro's super-low USPS rates and use our own Fed Ex and UPS accounts. Finally, Ordoro has made our exchange/return process so much easier with its tagging, return label printing, and order notes. I highly recommend Ordoro!

Ordoro seems to have all the missing features you may want to add to your Shopify store & they provide great customer service! I could call or email them and receive instant feedback. They walked us through each step of the integration before we even purchased the App.

Love this service. Saves me time when orders pick up. Honestly pays for itself if your company is seeing multiple sales per day. Ordoro is key to running a successful and seamless shopify store. Lady on customer service was SUPERB.
