Ordoro has completely changed the way I do business. It keeps track of my inventory, pulls in all my orders from Shopify and Amazon, and lets me quickly print out shipping labels for all my orders across all sales channels at one time. Because of Ordoro, I can market my products across as many platforms as I want without worrying about checking each one each day and creating lots of shipping labels, one label at a time. I can do so much more without having to expand my overhead with new hires.
The Ordoro team is really on top of updates and feedback. They have always answered my questions quickly and completely. I frequently see new updates that I asked for.
I have come to rely on Ordoro to manage my business from tracking products to fulfilling and shipping orders.
Ordoro is well worth the investment.
I love Ordoro. I have been using it since last year when I launched ARTISURN (www.artisurn.com) - online marketplace of handcrafted cremation urns, jewelry and keepsakes. Ordoro has been instrumental to my business success. It is an intuitive system that's very easy to use - be it for inventory management or shipping logistics. I have been able to ship my one of a kind cremation pieces worldwide easily accompanied by correctly filled customs forms when needed. Their pricing is very reasonable for what you get in return. You also get Endicia membership for free, which means a nice discount for USPS rates. Plus Ordoro has a great customer service. Highly recommend Ordoro if you want to make your shipping and inventory tracking easy and reliable.
Immensely helpful in regards to matching up products sold from multiple suppliers. We were envisioning an extremely manual process until we found Ordoro. Absolutely worth the price--it's going to make fulfilling orders much simpler and easier.

Ordoro is a great app made and maintained by great people from Austin, TX! It is very well designed, very user-friendly and comes for free. I personally think that such product cannot be free - it's just too good to be true... I have been using it for several months and the only time I had a problem was because of my own lack of attention: I did not enter "USA" in the field for a country, and therefore the app could not retrieve postage for me. After a quick call, literally within minutes, I received an email, telling me what to do. So i added the country and everything was perfect. Another great feature of ORDORO is its ability to handle manual orders. Since it syncs with your Shopify store, you can use all your inventory and create orders manually, something that the Shopify Admin doesn't let you do. Kudos to the ORDORO team!
This is the greatest app. You get better pricing for Priority Mail. It manages your inventory so that when you sell on one channel (Shopify for example) it will remove the sold item from another channel (Amazon Marketplace for example) so that all of your inventory stays in sync. AND... when the free trial was about to expire they sent me an email warning me, so that I could remove the app if I wasn't satisfied with it. Well I am keeping it. This is the greatest app and the greatest company.

I love this shipping app. Very easy to use. Has all the features that my shop needs. I have been using Ordoro for about 4 months. I tried 3 other shipping apps .....many were just too much for my needs. I wanted something simple and easy to process orders. Ordoro lets you process orders in bulk if you want, but then you can still focus on shipping one label at a time....Love that! Thanks, Ordoro, for keeping things user friendly!!!
Ordoro is a game changer! I had been searching for an inventory management program that could sync inventory between Shopify & Etsy for over a year and a half. After trying a couple of other platforms, Ordoro was the clear winner. Very easy to use and set up, but the best part by far is their customer service. They are super quick to respond and help you in everything for getting set up to any snags you hit along the way. Worth every penny of the monthly service fee.

Ordoro delivers as promised, and is a great tool for managing shipments. We currently use it on the BigCommerce platform, and plan to integrate with other selling channels in the near future.
