Great system! Loved how easy it was to get started when I first signed up. Great work here Ordoro!
Ordoro has been the app I have been dreaming about for the last two years; the amount of time I save each week using it has left me with so much free time I literally don't know what to do with myself most days. We ship on average 100 packages a week, and this is a perfect solution to bulk processing.
It takes a few days to really get the hang of how the dashboard works, and where all the components are located, but once you understand this puppy, you will save SEVERAL HOURS a week.
The customer service is amazing, any time I have asked a question, I have heard back within an hour or less. Everything about this app is intuitive, and I'll continue to recommend it to all my business-owner friends.
Ordoro has made my life MUCH easier.
It wasn't all smooth sailing though. Getting set up wasn't as easy as I was expecting and there were problems connecting with the free Endicia account.
That being said, Ordoro support has been AMAZING. They respond very quickly and have easily resolved any problems I have had. The support made up for the setup issues.
Have to say Ordoro has made our lives so much easier. We normally ship 20-30 packages per day, but some sale and special days, we hit 2-300, and not only does the app work with our Shopify Store, it easily integrated with Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and all our other channels. It makes shipping so easy... three/four clicks, and our little label printer just spits out nice easy labels. I have played a little bit with some of the others, but really found Ordoro easiest and smoothest. The support they have provided on the two occasions we have needed it, was first rate, fast, and very friendly. This is truly our one "must have" app... Thanks Ron
We have looked for more than a year for a shipping solution that also handled inventory, dropshippers and split orders in a clean and efficient way. Ordoro makes the process so simple and fast - far easier to use that other products we have tried. So simple that it doesn't seem possible. And just as important to us is having a support team that is knowledgeable and responsive. The support team at Ordoro has been amazing! Our learning curve with the product has been shortened dramatically by the fact that they respond very quickly at all hours of the day or night and are very thorough - with a genuine interest in making sure we are successful with our deployment of the Ordoro workflow. This is the best support team I have ever worked with at a supplier. Absolutely fantastic.
Where to start... Ordoro is the backbone of our business operations. We dropship a large variety of products and this inventory, shipping and dropshipping management toolkit gives us confidence to scale our business without building a very expensive information system of our own. The seamless integration between Shopify and Ordoro makes this platform a no brainer inventory management solution for Shopify users.
The interface is simple and easy to use. Something for a person with zero experience can learn with ease! Not to mention the support so far has been great. Sometimes simple is better, but still get all the things you need to help run a business.
Ordoro makes the back end operations of our multiple e-commerce stores and absolute breeze! It literally is as easy as selecting all the orders and clicking a button...orders that we need to ship are ready for labels and dropship orders are sent off to our supplier for processing. Thinking about all the manually processes we used to go though to fill orders truly makes my head hurt :-) Do yourself a favor and give them a try! If you have any problems they have an amazing, super responsive customer service team that will get you taken care of in no time!
When it comes to shipping, these people will bend over backwards to support you. I had many troubles and issues with shipping and every time I made a mistake in processing or setting up my items, their team worked together to resolve the issues for me.
The ONLY bad thing i can say is their on call service isn't available 24/7. but you can always contact and email them to resolve an issue.
I would recommend them to Shopify users.

We needed a platform that was easy to use but had great functionality for handling multiple inventories across various selling platforms, this is exactly what Ordoro does. Not only does it do this but it does it brilliantly!
We trailed an account for a month and got plenty of help and support for FREE from the team at Ordoro, how best to optimise the account to get the most out of it as well as learning about all the different features.
There were certain things missing but gradually over time the platform is constantly being updated and the team are always happy to take on feedback to implement new features for its new and existing customers.
Even now after several months of use if we ever encounter a problem the support team are more than happy to help. We can't recommend Ordoro highly enough, such a fantastic platform.
