The pick and pack workflow is intuitive and optionally integrates a bar code scanner, which has massively reduced our error rate. There's a robust rule set on the back end to pre-determine what packages and carriers to use for each package. We also get the best UPS and USPS rates through Ordoro that we've found anywhere, so the app pays for itself. It's hard to put in words how much we LOVE Ordoro! It makes our business possible.
