Origin: Meta Ad & UTM Tracking

This is a very good app for tracking your shop's conversions. There’s a saying: "What you can't measure, you can't improve." This tool has helped us track influencer conversions, and the customer service is excellent. The support team is reliable, and you can chat and talk with real agents.

I searched high and low for an app that would do all the things UTM tracker does and more...the comprehensive dashboard and easily adjustable date search is unbelievably handy. Previously I was hunting piecemeal through my Shopify order data pull UTM info to refine my campaigns (primarily on Meta). As a two-man operation, the amount of time it was taking was pulling me away from other pertinent tasks and burning me out.

In addition to the robust, existing feature set, Tim (the creator) personally responded to me within 24 hours with suggestions for how I could approach a particular UTM parameter issue. Not only did he help me solve the issue, but he explained to me his software backend and ongoing development so I understood WHY things were setup the way they were and so could adjust from my end more knowledgeably to maximize use of the app.

If that's not the highest level of customer service there is I don't know where else to find it. Keep killing it Tim and THANK YOU.
