Which market do you support for Shopee?

For Shopee, we support the following countries: Brazil, Mexico, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia.

Which market do you support for Lazada?

For Lazada, we support all countries in Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Indonesia.

How does the sync work between Shopify and Marketplace?

Shopify will be the main source of product information and inventory. This means updating product (ie: price, image, inventory, etc) on Shopify will update the product on Marketplace. Orders from Marketplace will also reduce the inventory on Shopify, so that the inventory level is updated.

I already have existing products on Marketplace, can I still sync them with Shopify?

Yes, if you already have existing products, you can easily link all your products in a single click by having the SKU setup on both Shopify and Marketplace. Alternatively, you can also link the products selectively by using Marketplace product ID.

Can I select which attributes that I want to sync or push to Marketplace?

Yes absolutely, you can choose which attributes that you want to keep in-sync ie: price, title, description, image, product status.

Do you support products with variants?

Yes, we support products with variants. Currently, the variants will be mirrored to Shopify's. This means if you add or remove variants on Shopify, it will be reflected on Marketplace.

Do I have to import orders from Marketplace into Shopify?

No, this is optional. You can enable or disable the feature in the Settings. In both cases, your inventory on Shopify will be updated when there is incoming order from Marketplace.
