Auto order sync time is not understandable, some time it sync after 1 min and some time it take 10 min. also when someone put their number in both contact and Phone field at checkout, the number is synced with the sheet, but when someone put email in the top contact field and use number in the bottom phone field then the number is not sync in the sheet.

As for your question about the second field on the checkout, I believe you're referring to the marketing option "Text me with news and offers." When customers fill out their order details, Shopify assigns one field to the Order (which is what gets exported) and the other to the Customer. That's why only one shows up in your export.

If you're having trouble getting all the information you need, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We'll do our best to help you export all the necessary details. Since Shopify organizes emails and phone numbers into different fields (like Shipping Address or Customer Details), there's a good chance we can help find a workable solution for you.

Thank you for notifying us about this matter. We want to assure you that our app does not share your files with other users. It is authorized to access only those files it has created per the permissions granted during Google account integration.

Upon receiving your message, we immediately double-checked our systems and identified a few rare instances of errors in the file export process.
