Hi, we’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered after uninstalling the app. According to how Shopify’s theme system works, since our app allows users to add sections directly through the Shopify Theme Editor, some custom code snippets must be added to the theme. These snippets are only removed when the section itself is uninstalled. Our team has reached out via email to assist in removing them completely but haven’t heard back yet. Besides, we’re also improving our uninstall process to prevent similar cases in the future, and the update will be released within this week.
