J'ai été surprise de ne pas avoir de réponse rapidement via le chat un vendredi.
Cependant, l'équipe est revenue vers moi dès le lendemain en m'expliquant que cette journée était fériée chez eux !
Ensuite la prise en charge de mon souci s'est déroulée parfaitement.

Love these sections, so easy to use and look amazing. The support team is incredible too. I've only had the one issue, a theme conflict which they resolved quickly, without charge. The team also implemented a suggestion I had on how I'd like the theme to work differently, again no charge. I'd rate them higher if I could.

habe sie zusammen mit meinem shopify theme überwiegend bei den landing pages benötigt. alles bestens. empfehlenswert
We have just started our journey with OT: Theme Sections and so far an excellent experience. There are many sections which we are interested in using to update and breathe life into our older theme. Also, the support is awesome. I recommend getting the monthly subscription so that you have access to everything.

I have been working with this app for quite a while and I really like it. It gives our shopify store so much more content to work with and so many more options to give the store a complete makeover if need be.
It matches very well with the way we work and the customer service is outstanding; very responsive and very good to work with and fast.
I recomment using OT Section: Theme Sections to every shopify store, because it gets your creative juices flowing while also preparing your store for upcoming events or themes. 10/10
