Impressive Shopify App with Excellent Support
So far, my experience with the OT Sections app has been great. The app itself is easy to use, well-designed, and really helps in customizing my store without the hassle of coding. What stands out the most is their support team. They are not just quick to respond but also very helpful and patient in resolving queries. I just started using the OT Section: Theme Sections app but so far I am really pleased with the sections that are available. Also, I needed some help and Travis was amazing to work with through the chat. He stuck with me until my issue was resolved. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to add more robust sections to their website.

We have just started our journey with OT: Theme Sections and so far an excellent experience. There are many sections which we are interested in using to update and breathe life into our older theme. Also, the support is awesome. I recommend getting the monthly subscription so that you have access to everything.

Great app and customer service, sections are nice.
They get back to you quick.
The first help I needed was over the weekend, so although they got back to me quickly, I had to wait until Monday, but I didn't have to ask again, when I checked it was already done. YAY!
Next problem I had was on a week day, they got back to me and fixed my issues right away.
I'd definitely recommend this app.

OmniThemes has a great variety of sections for all sorts of content; the best part is that they're free!

Their customer care is quite quick as within 10 minutes, they removed the watermarks on my sections.

I hope they continue providing free sections, and more of them in the future.

One of the BEST apps you can find in Shopify, amazing features, a lot of free high-quality sections and banners, and the best part - the assistant and the customer service are just amazing.
