You get so many sections for free that you are bound to find something you like! Also, the support is very friendly and definitely helpful to users not tech-savvy, which I think is important for any Shopify support. I am tech-savvy but most owners likely aren't, and support should absolutely help on those aspects.

love the app!! Easy To Use, Begginer Friendly and so much variants are there for store, no need to buy paid themes as there are free sections available which can give your site perfect look you ever dreamed for sections like collage, sticky header, slideshow, wheel for offer and many more, really love the app

Really wanted it to work but sections didn't display after following the installation steps and reaching out to support. The app isn't compatible with pipeline theme.

Impressive Shopify App with Excellent Support
So far, my experience with the OT Sections app has been great. The app itself is easy to use, well-designed, and really helps in customizing my store without the hassle of coding. I just started using the OT Section: Theme Sections app but so far I am really pleased with the sections that are available. Also, I needed some help and Travis was amazing to work with through the chat. He stuck with me until my issue was resolved. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to add more robust sections to their website.

We have just started our journey with OT: Theme Sections and so far an excellent experience. There are many sections which we are interested in using to update and breathe life into our older theme. Also, the support is awesome. I recommend getting the monthly subscription so that you have access to everything.

Great app and customer service, sections are nice.
They get back to you quick.
The first help I needed was over the weekend, so although they got back to me quickly, I had to wait until Monday, but I didn't have to ask again, when I checked it was already done. YAY!
Next problem I had was on a week day, they got back to me and fixed my issues right away.
I'd definitely recommend this app.
