The importance of back in stock notifications is VERY important to me as we sell-out and continually have new items arriving monthly. The app is important and fortunately the team has been helpful as well the few times I've needed assistance they are quick to reply and resolve.

I've had this app for years. It has been very helpful in increasing sales and decreasing emails. The app stopped working in my theme. I was able to get quick support via video chat. They showed me exactly how to fix it and offered to fix/customize my customer experience. Tarik and Anes were very helpful.
Really great customer support! I got help within no-time, it was friendly, helpful and we could figure out, that the problem wasn't in the app, but on my own side. The app itself does absolutely what it should do. It is setup and styled very easily. I absolutely like it!
Deepa was helpful and accommodating, great customer service, would highly recommend!
For having a responsive customer service team, this app deserves a five star rating.
App itself is also simple to use and is able to be customised to your theme/colours.

Very happy with the dev and the app in general. It is a better value and has more functionality than our previous stock notification app. Excellent customer support as well.
Update: Moved up to the next level for better options. Once again it's a great app. Solid revenue generator for us! Support is still speedy, patient and helpful!
