They don't integrate with category level, no one is going to click a product that says out of stock on category level.
Tarik Kadric was wonderful in resolving my urgent matter. Had mistakenly sent out notifications to over 1000 people, and he resolved the issue with great speed and attention to detail. not only that, but as we were a valued customer they removed the extra expense in uploading the lost notifications as a way of appreciation of our long standing relationship.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tarik AGAIN! Was incredibly helpful in guiding us through possible changes to emails. Also extremely knowledgeable and is in the process of helping us correct what subdomain the emails are sent from. Truly the most helpful person i have come across in the company.
He is an asset to the company.
I was in a real lurch as a product on my site got some unexpected press and we sold out of it quickly. I needed to get a Back in Stock notification up quickly - and on a Saturday - and Muaza got back to me very quickly, helped me get it installed and looking beautiful with speed and kindness. I am very impressed.
Great way to stay customer "focused". Technical support was awesome also. Made the whole integration a breeze.
Switched to SC Back In Stock Restock Alert after our previous app's pricing was way too high for our notification request needs. I needed some custom design help, and the customer service is 5/5. Amina and Nejra helped me with all my questions and specific needs, and everything was done within one working day.
Easy to set up and translations available for the widget is a plus, [edited] and they even added a translation option for emails per my request. I previously gave 4 starts, but was now able to change it to 5, since the customer support is beyond great and they even added the missing features I was hoping to have.
Thank you to Tarik who answered all my questions and even went away to implement a suggestion I made for improving the app :)
I've had this app for years. It has been very helpful in increasing sales and decreasing emails. The app stopped working in my theme. I was able to get quick support via video chat. They showed me exactly how to fix it and offered to fix/customize my customer experience. Tarik and Anes were very helpful.
Excellent support by Tarik! Very quick to get the app looking how I wanted. Superb 10/10 just waiting for something else to get sorted but I'm confident they can help.
