Recently incorporated the Now Back In Stock app on our Shopify store.
The Eastside Co support team were great in providing prompt feedback to queries and helping us install this effectively. Special shout out to Elicia, thanks for all your help.
Too early to talk about benefits but highly recommend using the free trial opportunity to see how it can be integrated on your store.
Really great customer support! I got help within no-time, it was friendly, helpful and we could figure out, that the problem wasn't in the app, but on my own side. The app itself does absolutely what it should do. It is setup and styled very easily. I absolutely like it!
Works well, and really great customer support - they helped us with some styling to match our site extremely quickly. Very responsive!
We have just installed your BackinStock app and it’s working fine but we need one change. Customers are receiving Back in Stock email form notifications@nowinstock.co we want to change this email address.
Can you please tell us how can we change the notifications@nowinstock.co email to our store email address

Recently subscribed to this app. It falsely claims that "it might take a few minutes until all updates are sent". I'll give it a few more hours and take my business elsewhere. The issue is clearly not resolved.
Hi - I'm sorry you experienced an issue with the app. If you had problems with notifications being delayed in the end, please let us know via our support email address and we'll be happy to provide the app for free for a month, including SMS.

I was charged $5 immediately after installing the app, but the app did not take effect in my store. I have deleted it.

It appears that you already installed the app at an earlier date, which is when the free trial was used. Our support team have been in touch to sort the issue you mention about the app not taking effect - if you do not want to keep the app we can offer a refund.
