Sometimes people forget that the best advertising is word of mouth!
Also, after this review they asked us to change it and modify it! Good or bad Outvio must accept the opinion and try to improve services! Speaking as the owners of truth is not what a client wants to hear!

Throughout our entire collaboration, our support team responded to every single message: often within minutes or hours, and even after your subscription had been cancelled. From the beginning, we clearly explained that the issue you encountered was due to a Shopify store configuration, something Shopify themselves later confirmed.
It’s unfortunate that, despite our consistent support, you’ve chosen to leave a review stating “No support! No service!”—a claim that simply doesn’t reflect the reality.
You used Outvio for nearly two years without issues, and now blame us for a problem caused during your migration to Shopify. An issue that, as explained, had nothing to do with Outvio, but rather with how your Shopify environment was configured.
We understand that not every partnership is the right fit, but we do believe in transparency and fairness, especially when public feedback is involved.

It is a complete disgrace to work with this company, they have been stalling us for 3 months and they do not keep their promises, they bought 400 €, although we have not used the application even once, there was a problem in the integration in the application, the problem belonged to their own software. They said we would use 1 month as a gift and they cut the money for it. Their managers also do not keep their promises. A complete disgrace. We have spent 3 months in vain and they are too lazy to respond even by mail.

We understand you feel disappointed, but we have to stress that the reason you were unable to use our app was due to the nuances of your online business setup. You requested us to bypass some security measures that we have in place due to the fact of you connecting from a country (which is currently banned from our servers) different from the one your online store operates. Unfortunately we cannot do that and we explained that to you several times.
