Ownbase: Sync to TikTok Shop

Great App

We have used Ownbase on one of our other stores and the functionality and support has been outstanding. They implemented a couple of custom features for us and it works really reliably.

Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries.
We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those.
TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier.
Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. I wish I would have known about this app earlier. Highly recommend and will make letting other entrepreneurs know about this app. Also, they are extremely fast with response times and super helpful. This App has given me so much time back and breathed new life into my business. We sell in a product category on TikTok that has many required fields and I was spending half my week just doing data entry to get our products up. With Ownbase I can cut out most of the busy work and actually focus on marketing my products. Support is great I have emailed several times now with questions and gotten very quick and professional replies. If you are selling on TikTok and need your products to upload faster or your orders/inventory to synch with Shopify stop wasting time with the native integration its horrendous. Do yourself a favor and get the free trial of this app and you'll immediately see how the subscription pays for itself 100 times over in time you will get back!

Ownbase works out-of-the-box with zero hassle. I tried 2 other apps to sync my TikTok shop and had nothing but trouble. With Ownbase I was up and running in less than an hour and everything synced up beautifully. If you're on the fence, give Ownbase a try. You won't regret it.

My customers orders were duplicated once by TikTok Shop and once by Ownbase. This charged the customer twice and we had to issue a refund.

The support staff at Ownbase is so kind and helpful. I was struggling with getting my inventory to sync on TikTok and could not figure out why. The staff at Ownbase customer service was so patient and helpful. They got my inventory to sync and I started making sales within 30 minutes! The app itself is very easy to use to load your items onto your TikTok seller account. I wish I had know about this months ago.

I have been using app for abt a week maybe more my inventory has not synced 100% and ownbase is withholding my money for some apparent reason. I have made the purchase for the customer and still have nothing pending and shopify said they are unable to see it also. I have had more orders roll in and I don't have the funds to cover them now because nothing has rolled over. So now I am going to lose 19.00 or so in sales plus the 76.00 that is God knows where which was my starting capital. I really like this app until it took my money and inventory started getting a little weird. I just added the inventory no biggie but the loss of money is unforgettable.

Due to own base not sending order fulfillment details back through to tiktokshop, the order was canceled two weeks after shipping the item and the customer was refunded. we are now out $60 plus the cost of shipping. TERRIBLE. would not recommend!
