We recommend to work with Ownprint. The jewellery is of very good quality and the engravings are beautiful, our customers love them.
The support from Alex is awesome, questions are answered and problems are solved very quick and in a friendly and very kind way. You can create your own mockups with the templates from Ownprint and everything is explained very well.
The app itsself also works fine.

This app makes it possible to offer many personalized items. I think it's an unique app as you can add to your store items such as personalized jewelry that are not easy to find here on shopify store. The app was very easy to install and the program is user friendly. If you'll download it, you will not be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend Ownprint - the products are beautiful and everything is customizable. You can design your own message cards - this was my priority besides the product itself! The samples i ordered have good quality and the engraving is perfect. At first i had a lot of questions, but Alex always answered every single one of them and responds very quick! If you are sitting on the fence- give it a try, you´ll not regret it!

TLDR: 15+ days and order still hasn't been processed to ship, they also don't reply.
I was SO excited about Ownprint, fast shipping, Etsy integration coming soon, and customizable products, say less! But what a let down, on their site it states that processing was extended to 2-4 days in Q4 rather than the 1-3 days, no biggie I get it, the holidays, supply chain issues etc. Around 7 days after I placed my order it still hadn't shipped, so I fill out their support form, no answer. After 9 days I find their direct email and ask for an update, no answer. It has now been 15 DAYS and even STILL the order hasn't ever shipped. After so long what do you tell customers? By now they expected to have item in hand already, yet it hasn't even shipped.

Ownprint has worked extremely well for us! I love Alex and the whole team and we have never had any issues with communication. Every problem relating to syncing products and fulfillment has been fixed and their team takes time every day to answer our messages.
Furthermore, their product quality has been overall good and our customers are really happy! We have had amazing feedback from customers about the detailed engravings and fast fulfillment and shipping times.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OwnPrint. I work with other POD suppliers as well, but in my experience, OwnPrint is the best. Here's why: customer service. I use this app to help me with my personalised jewellery product creation on Shopify and Etsy. I love how seamlessly it works and how quick I am able to add products that are of high quality and fast shipping. Customer service has been top notch as Alex response promptly and is keen to assist. Shipping is so quick that I had my first positive review on my Esty store after only three sales! I cannot wait for the other personalised products to be added and for the payment process to be even more smooth.
