I have used Ownprint for 2 years and am happy with their products. Alex and the team are super helpful. Since working with them, they have improved a lot, and I have many good reviews. They care about sellers and always bring new ideas. I do recommend Ownprint as POD.
We recommend to work with Ownprint. The jewellery is of very good quality and the engravings are beautiful, our customers love them.
The support from Alex is awesome, questions are answered and problems are solved very quick and in a friendly and very kind way. You can create your own mockups with the templates from Ownprint and everything is explained very well.
The app itsself also works fine.

I would definitely recommend Ownprint - the products are beautiful and everything is customizable. You can design your own message cards - this was my priority besides the product itself! The samples i ordered have good quality and the engraving is perfect. At first i had a lot of questions, but Alex always answered every single one of them and responds very quick! If you are sitting on the fence- give it a try, you´ll not regret it!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OwnPrint. I work with other POD suppliers as well, but in my experience, OwnPrint is the best. Here's why: customer service. Alex and his team have worked with me to make sure my customers are happy. They've been extremely flexible and accommodating and their products are fantastic. I'm very happy I found them!

I will start with saying 5 stars is not enough. If I could give more I would. OwnPrint has been wonderful to work with, there are tutorial videos as you progress, their products are great quality and you cannot beat the prices, my integration with Shopify was very easy, in addition there is Alex who is the best customer support I have ever delt with. I have had so many questions and sent so many emails if I were Alex I would be tired of me by now. But that’s not the case, his responses are alway so uplifting and friendly!
I was looking to provide a product that could mean something, I didn’t want just any product, I researched laser engravers for months and somehow stumbled upon OwnPrint. They have really taken my vision and made it a reality and I think they can do the same for you. Being able to provide such a heartwarming product makes me incredibly grateful for the opportunity.

Cannot get your app to open or work. We’ve tried many times. WE have several PODS. Your app doesn’t work at all.
I am incredibly disappointed with Ownprint. The customer support was bad, the user experience was frustrating, and there were significant delays in shipping. To top it off, they don't ship to all countries as promised. A regrettable experience overall.

I've wanted to have my own personalised jewellery store for some time but always felt overwhelmed by the technical stuff. I did some research and found Ownprint. I decided to give it a go and I'm so pleased that I did! It's only been a few days since I built my Shopify store using Ownprint's app integration and I still have some work to do, but I wanted to write this review to encourage others to take the plunge with Ownprint. As expected, I've had many questions and Alex has responded to them all in a very courtious and timely manner. I feel confident that my business will grow with the help of Ownprint.

There are very different opinions here regarding Ownprint and I would like to share my experience so that it may help one or the other to make a decision.
Yes, there was a phase where support was not as present as it should be, but that was only a phase and was due to certain processes that can happen and where resources had to be bundled elsewhere. I wasn't thrilled at that moment either, but could understand the situation.
However, Ownprint, especially Alex did not let me down and in the meantime I can say that no empty promises were made.
The support is good, I sometimes get an answer even late in the evening and it is always very friendly and solution-oriented. Openness and honesty are particularly important in business relationships, but this is not always the case. I feel I am in good hands here.
The products are flawless and orders are shipped extremely fast for POD products in my opinion. In some circumstances, an order is with the customer after 2 to 3 business days.

This print on demand jewelry app was very difficult to use and doesn't properly sync with my Shopify store. The platform overall needs improvement.

Ownprint has worked extremely well for us! I love Alex and the whole team and we have never had any issues with communication. Every problem relating to syncing products and fulfillment has been fixed and their team takes time every day to answer our messages.
Furthermore, their product quality has been overall good and our customers are really happy! We have had amazing feedback from customers about the detailed engravings and fast fulfillment and shipping times.

Would put -5 stars if I could.
TLDR: 15+ days and order still hasn't been processed to ship, they also don't reply.
I was SO excited about Ownprint, fast shipping, Etsy integration coming soon, and customizable products, say less! But what a let down, on their site it states that processing was extended to 2-4 days in Q4 rather than the 1-3 days, no biggie I get it, the holidays, supply chain issues etc. Around 7 days after I placed my order it still hadn't shipped, so I fill out their support form, no answer. After 9 days I find their direct email and ask for an update, no answer. It has now been 15 DAYS and even STILL the order hasn't ever shipped. After so long what do you tell customers? By now they expected to have item in hand already, yet it hasn't even shipped.

I wish I can give a 0 review. These 5 stars review led me to use this pod app and it has been a mess! The "Live support" is non-existent and I have emailed their support multiple times. I have yet to get any reply. They state that they fulfil in 1-3 business days and yet it has been 7 days and my orders are stuck on "Unfulfilled" I hope someone reaches out to me because it has hurt my business. To anyone thinking of this app, STAY AWAY!

I use this app to help me with my personalised jewellery product creation on Shopify and Etsy. I love how seamlessly it works and how quick I am able to add products that are of high quality and fast shipping. Customer service has been top notch as Alex response promptly and is keen to assist. Shipping is so quick that I had my first positive review on my Esty store after only three sales! I cannot wait for the other personalised products to be added and for the payment process to be even more smooth. I also hope the developers will keep up the good work so that my business can grow with their service.

I think it's an unique app as you can add to your store items such as personalized jewelry that are not easy to find here on shopify store.
