There is a limit to how many credits you can issue. We are on the plus plan and would have to upgrade to one that costs 2.5x more to continue issuing credits this month. The tiers mention features, but it does not mention this limit when it's outlining what you get with each plan.
We certainly recommend this app to any brand looking for a good store credit app!
We've loved using Pabloo! Each concern is quickly addressed and the ease of use between the platform and our POS has streamlined our store credit program so we can use it efficiently and effectively. The team goes above and beyond to ensure we have timely responses to questions and it's been a great tool for our team.

Support team is terrible. According to them, until your on a paid plan, they wont offer you support. UI/UX did not populate correctly on our theme for the mobile browsing version. They refused to fix the issue demonstrated unwillingness to help with delayed replies.
Store credit keeps my customers come back. And very easy to set up. The support is good! I had to ask lots of questions but they are very responsive and seem friendly.
It was straightforward and didn't seem complicated, I just needed to be careful with the details. With a little patience and a good sense of timing, everything is lining up perfectly.
Pabloo has a lot of fetures. All though if it was a voice over walking u through the app going step by step and guiding you through it would be very helpful because some people learn by vocal and some by nonvocal thank you
