Pabloo Store Credit & Cashback

This app is good for my store. It lets me give customers credit if they return something. It also gives new customers a credit just for signing up. It's very easy to set up. I'm able to see all the new signups and how much store credit they earned.

I recently implemented this app to manage a Black Friday cashback campaign, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The two standout features for me were the product-specific configuration and the Customer Segmentation. Instead of a store-wide blanket offer, I was able to select exactly which products to include in the cashback campaign. I'm doing this to push slow-moving inventory and reward purchases for high-margin items. The segmentation tools are powerful and easy to use. I was able to target only subscribed customers and create a tailored campaign that feels personal.

I'm still learning all the features of Pabloo, but I can already vouch for their customer support. They're incredibly responsive, well-trained, and know exactly how to fix any problem.

IT's been a great addition to monitor our store credit and the team have been very helpful when contacted.

Easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. Really appreciate the basic functionality of the free account, which I was surprised was not already part of Shopify. We don't really need any of the advanced features but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for a paid account. Customer service was very quick to respond to an issue we were having with deposit amounts and get it straightened out.

Amazing App. New, Basic, does the job. Simple to use and has amazing support from the developer. We needed some features and Pabloo was superfast to add those.

• You can add/withdraw credits to a customer which are auto-applied at the checkout.
• You can make a page for the customer to see their balance and history (Wish this page could be inside the my-account section, but Shopify doesn't allow that)
• You can view the overall transaction statement and each user as well.

Few requests to the developer:
1. Please add a date range filter in the activity feed. When there are too many entries, it's difficult to search.
2. Our store is in INR but store credit only shows $ symbol. It should pick from store's default currency.
3. Future features could include store credit automation on user referrals, welcome credit, on putting reviews etc.

This app is awesome. Does what a store credit app should do without customer having to apply coupons on checkout.
Wish applying some css wouldn't be so expensive ... :(

Mostly for watch refunds. We are using this app when customers want refunds for their watch purchases. They have the option to choose store credit, and they prefer it because they are able to buy another watch with that store credit refund. Giving this app 10 out of 10!
