With Zásilkovna Pick-up Points your customers can choose the most comfortable place and time to collect their orders. Nevermind expensive shipping and failed deliveries. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more customers are selecting to pick up orders at their convenience. If the pick-up point shipping option is chosen on the checkout, they can select their preferred place to collect the package at the thank you page. If they forget to set the pick-up location, we'll notify them by email.

Aplikácia nie je prepojená s eshopom. Kontaktoval som firmu mailom.. .po 3 dňoch žiadna odpoveď. odinštalujem a vyberám si inú funkčnú app.. zaplatená suma na mesiac...

Svou recenzi bych rozdělil na dva pokusy:
1/ Nainstaloval jsem prvek, odsouhlasil stržení platby, postupoval při propojení podle návodu, upravil emaily atd., přidal sazby v košíku, vše uložil. Při nákupním procesu se nezobrazilo. Při opakovaném nastavení a testu se opět nic nezobrazilo. Volal jsem dané firmě na 1. telefon - ten neexistuje. Při druhém mi pán napsal, že nemá čas se mnou mluvit. Volal jsem do zásilkovny, ti vůbec netušili. Prvek jsem odinstaloval a vyhodil zbytečně hodinu a půl!

2/ Firma si přečetla mou negativní sms a recenzi, poté začala reagovat. Hned nabízeli možnost si vyzkoušet neplacenou verzi. Podmínka byla opětovné nainstalování a propojení. Nainstaloval jsem, snažil se propojit a opět bez úspěchu. Firma měla skutečně velký zájem, aby vše fungovalo a velmi pěkný byl i proaktivní přístup. Jen pro nalezení chyb a případné propojení po nás chtěli velmi detailní přístup do systému, kde by viděli naše interní údaje o objednávkách, pokladně a další. Na to jsme nepřistoupili. Poté jsem prvek odinstaloval a dál neřešil.

Neznám tak skutečnou funkčnost aplikaci, samotné propojování mě dvakrát odradilo pokračovat a využívat. Technická podpora nejdřív nereagovala a poté měla proaktivní přístup cokoliv řešit.
