Very nice and easy using integration, Using it from Hungary with No problem , Jan as customer service was great ans soon they will have more option not just Packeta intergration....
Tyhle recenze si tu podle mě vývojáři musejí psát sami. Aplikace zcela změnila název i podobu. Widget pro zákazníky sice funguje, ale co se týká backoffice nastavení (neboli vytištění štítku na dopravu), tak vůbec nefunguje. Videa, která mají v nápovědě na YT jsou 3 roky zastaralá a vůbec nereflektují dosavadní design ani funkčnost současné podoby aplikace. Jelikož nikdo ani nereaguje na chatovací okno (a ne, nemůžu na odpověď čekat 3 hodiny), dávám 2 z 5 hvězdiček.

mrzí mě Vaše zkušenost s naší aplikací. Na Váš dotaz jsem odpověděl hned, jak to bylo možné - do 50 minut. Nejedná se bohužel o celodenní live chat, nicméně tato forma je stále nejrychlejší a nejjednodušší způsob, jak nás kontaktovat.
Videa jsou skutečně starší, ale veškeré aktuální informace naleznete v naší pravidelně aktualizované dokumentaci. Za to se omlouváme a videa budeme muset smazat.
Moc rád Vám pomohu s nastavením a podrobně vysvětlím, jak vše funguje.
