J'ai utilisé Packlink pour faire mes envois la plateforme est très intuitive et j'ai été bien accompagnée.

Me atendió Antonio Funes. Muy amable y con mucha paciencia, tambien me ha solucionado las dudas que tenia con respeto a la aplicacion.
Eso si, la aplicacion es gratuita sin embargo exige un plan shopify que el pequeño emprendedor no tiene o esta usando otras aplicaciones integradas sin necesitar una plan superior de shopify.

App eccellente per gestire ed evadere gli ordini. Facile da collegare al proprio profilo Shopify e ben sincronizzata. Preparando l'etichetta e confermando il pagamento l'ordine viene evaso e archiviato in automatico. Il tariffario è equilibrato e offre diverse tipologie di spedizione. Da segnalare l'ottima assistenza da parte di Angelo: sempre disponibile a rispondere ai dubbi e/o alle richieste del nostro team.

Packlink is a great opportunity to have good shipping conditions in the wide field of shipment providers. You just have to use one app, this is really great. The features are very easy to use and in case there are issues, you have a personal contact person, who is super responsive. First of all, I would like to say that I had the amazing support of Renata in each step, from beginning to end, to understand how the platform works, the charging process, the options available. She was responsible that I started to use the Packlink, and I am glad that I did.
The prices are better than directly on the courier, you also have the option to compare and choose from the different couriers for every order, and they make it easy to fulfill and send.. By the way, if you also sell on Amazon they also have an integration there that communicates directly to the amazon platform when you buy the shipping label they already do the work to register the tracking code automatically! And I had a problem with the courier ( DPD) and they were very fast and supportive to help me solve it with the courier company. I Super recommend that you use Packlink to send your products and I am very happy and satisfied with the support that I received from Renata.
