Packlink è un app molto semplice ed intuitiva. Grazie a Brunella abbiamo installato e provato tutto in un solo giorno. Gestione degli orini molto semplice ed efficace, per adesso le spedizioni che ho mandato sono arrivate in tempo e senza alcun problema, anzi addirittura alcuni pacchi sono arrivati in anticipo. Ringrazio ancora Brunella per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza.

The app works in a very easy and intuitive way, it's very easy to create the shippings and manage everything from the app. We also had a problem when setting up the app, but Penelope A. (My account manager) was really helpful and we managed to solve it without any problem. Recommended.

Two serious problems. 1) At least once in two orders are not automatically processed on shopify, so I have to process and attach tracking codes to hundreds of orders every week. 2) The DHL tracking code is not the classic 9-character one, but a much longer one, which does not work with shopify's automatic tracking for customers.

You can try to uninstall our App and install it again this will solve your issue. Cause we suppose that you change your plan after the installation fo the App.
