What I've come to learn, is that if you're outside of the USA, and using Shopify for eComms, Packlink Pro is an absolute essential for seamless workflow shipping. A great, and free service (even cheaper than going straight to the shipping company direct...?!) and the customer support is SECOND TO NONE!
I called Renata (my Packlink Pro account manager) with what I thought was a really silly question about usability, and she happily explained it thoroughly and saved me HOURS over the week with her knowledge and inside tips.
I can't recommend PLP enough, (and if it's possible, ask for Renata to be your account manager...! )

I downloaded packlink for a quick and easy service to work with and it provided just that! Rates are much cheaper and customer service is a 10/10 :) my account manager Renata has been such an amazing help and I recommend this to any small business!

Antonio Funes es un experto en su trabajo , te explica muy bien como funciona la app ,yo no tenía previsto trabajar con Packlink pero gracias a él si , ya que ahora se que tiene muchas ventajas trabajar con esta empresa.

Discovered the app totally by accident while researching some shipping stuff. Installed it to see if it could make life any easier and within 24 hours had a call from a very pleasant and helpful account manager, who clearly knew their stuff. Linking to your shopify store is pretty simple, it requires an extra step involving pasting a key code in to a box that most apps don't have, but aside from that it's pretty standard stuff. Pulling your orders through to the Packlink app is easy, and it gives you shipping rates right there and then (and updates in real time if you need to edit your package dimensions/weight). I had previously been doing things manually, 1 at a time via the UPS website which takes a frustrating amount of time. My only peeve is the customs form that is supplied with each shipment. This must be filled in manually, and no information is pulled from the order details. I was told that this is something that is being worked on however, so hopefully soon it won't be an issue. Final note - The rates they offer are extremely competitive. I've already saved a significant amount shipping via Packlink than if I'd set up my own shipments via UPS. If you don't do enough shipping to qualify for the discounts UPS/FedEx/whatever offer then Packlink is definitely worth looking in to.

Ho scelto questo servizio per iniziare la mia avventura con l'ecommerce e ne sono molto soddisfatta. Per una persona che non è pratica con bolle e corrieri è secondo me la scelta ideale. Si aggancia direttamente al tuo ordine all'interno di shopify e tu devi solamente scegliere il servizio con cui effettuare la spedizione. In pochi click, abbastanza intuitivi, e senza dover fare un contratto con uno spedizioniere. Ringrazio soprattutto Brunella per l'assistenza nella configurazione del servizio e per i consigli molto utili.

Pratique et moins cher qu'une autre application utilisé, cependant c'est dommage qu'on ne puisse pas affranchir les colis pr les DOM avec la poste, que les points relais ne soit pas automatiquement sélectionnés et qu'on ne puisse pas non plus sélectionner tous les colis en même temps sur shopify pour les basculer sur packlinkpro !

App semplice ed utile che si interfaccia con Shopify molto semplicemente aiutando a risparmiare tempo ed evitare errori. Il servizio assistenza, nel mio caso, grazie all'account manager Brunella Esposito, è molto efficiente. Metto 4 stelle perchè si può sempre migliorare.
