Discovered the app totally by accident while researching some shipping stuff. Installed it to see if it could make life any easier and within 24 hours had a call from a very pleasant and helpful account manager, who clearly knew their stuff. Linking to your shopify store is pretty simple, it requires an extra step involving pasting a key code in to a box that most apps don't have, but aside from that it's pretty standard stuff. Pulling your orders through to the Packlink app is easy, and it gives you shipping rates right there and then (and updates in real time if you need to edit your package dimensions/weight). I had previously been doing things manually, 1 at a time via the UPS website which takes a frustrating amount of time. My only peeve is the customs form that is supplied with each shipment. This must be filled in manually, and no information is pulled from the order details. I was told that this is something that is being worked on however, so hopefully soon it won't be an issue. Final note - The rates they offer are extremely competitive. I've already saved a significant amount shipping via Packlink than if I'd set up my own shipments via UPS. If you don't do enough shipping to qualify for the discounts UPS/FedEx/whatever offer then Packlink is definitely worth looking in to.

This App is perfect for shipping easily and saves a lot of time. The details about the shipping costs is very accurate and allows to select the right carrier. The customer service is very quick (and nice !) so i highly recommend Packlink Pro for every Shopify user !
So far so good. I am in the process of relaunching my store and had a number of questions. I emailed at 4 in the morning and to my surprise I had a response by 9am. A call was arranged to help me onboard and a follow up email was sent to help me with additional queries I had. If this level of service continues, I will be very happy.
Our contact left the company and now we have no one to contact about queries or issues which is very disappointing

If you are interested in efficiency, accuracy, customer service and having your orders picked up stay clear of packlink. Support is extremely unresponsive, we had to ask multiple times to get issues "resolved". The worst, however, is the fact that they apparently sell shipping services that dont exist. We used a dpd service for national delivery in Germany, the offered service on packlink is currently not supported anymore due to covid (which we found out, after we researched why the driver didnt arrive for the 30 packages we had prepared). I even contacted support before and asked, since this happened once, but on a single parcel, which I assumed was not enough volume. Its just a joke and we will stop using it asap.

Due to the restrictive measures imposed as a result of a nationwide lockdown, many of the 7,000 DPD Pickup parcel shops, located in many public businesses, across Germany are affected by the temporary closure. Around 60% of all DPD parcel shops will, however, remain open. We endeavour to do our best on a daily basis to only display actual DPD parcel shops that are available.
