Service +++++, la connexion entre la boutique et plateforme à été très facile.
Les commandes remonte très facilement. De plus le service manager est très compétent !!

Servizio utile e UI intuitiva per gestire le spedizioni in velocità ed autonomia. Angelo è sempre disponibile e rapido nel fornire assistenza quando necessario, complimenti. Una nuova feature interessante potrebbe essere avere il controllo sui template email che vengono inviate per le spedizioni, quindi poter modificare il contenuto delle email di notifica.

Ho iniziato ad usare la app e mi sembra molto funzionale, ottimo servizio al cliente per l'installazione.

Me atendio Jesus Ganet, por un problema de configuracion en los envios nacionales e internacionales y muy contentos con su soporte. Se conecto de forma inalambrica a mi equipo y lo soluciono en un momento, ademas de resolver de forma muy eficaz a todas nuestras dudas. Este tipo de soporte es el que buscabamos realmente a la hora de contar con una plataforma de envios como partner logistico. Muy contentos.

Ich habe bereits einige Pakete über Packlink versendet und bin mehr als zufrieden.
1. Die Preise sind sehr gut! 2. Ich habe einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner was für mich sehr ausschlaggebend war, denn ich möchte nicht jedes mal mit einem anderen Sprechen das macht mehr Arbeit.
3. Mir wurde sogar geholfen meinen Shop mit Packlink zu verbinden SUPER SERVICE

Très réactif, service impeccable. Hubert est très compétent et se rend disponible pour répondre à mes attentes en cas de besoin. A chaque fois que j'ai fait appel à lui il a répondu présent et à gérer mes problématiques avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Je n'hésiterai pas à le solliciter pour toute question. La solution est vraiment top et facilite grandement la gestion de mes envois. Je n'hesiterai pas à recommander votre solution à mon réseau.

Discovered the app totally by accident while researching some shipping stuff. Installed it to see if it could make life any easier and within 24 hours had a call from a very pleasant and helpful account manager, who clearly knew their stuff. Linking to your shopify store is pretty simple, it requires an extra step involving pasting a key code in to a box that most apps don't have, but aside from that it's pretty standard stuff. Pulling your orders through to the Packlink app is easy, and it gives you shipping rates right there and then (and updates in real time if you need to edit your package dimensions/weight). I had previously been doing things manually, 1 at a time via the UPS website which takes a frustrating amount of time. My only peeve is the customs form that is supplied with each shipment. This must be filled in manually, and no information is pulled from the order details. I was told that this is something that is being worked on however, so hopefully soon it won't be an issue. Final note - The rates they offer are extremely competitive. I've already saved a significant amount shipping via Packlink than if I'd set up my own shipments via UPS. If you don't do enough shipping to qualify for the discounts UPS/FedEx/whatever offer then Packlink is definitely worth looking in to.

app consigliatissima per la gestione delle spedizioni, mi è stata assegnata una responsabile account che mi ha seguita passo passo nell'integrazione sull'ecommerce in modo competente e paziente davvero professionale, l'integrazione è funzionale importa i dati di spedizione e facilita ed accorcia i tempi di preparazione della spedizione nonchè dell'evasione dell'ordine, in automatico al cliente viene inviata un email con il tracking della spedizione, in ultimo ma non per importanza le tariffe una volta collegato l ecommerce alla piattaforma sono super vantaggiose. consigliatissima Grazie ancora a Brunella la mia responsabile account
