Packlink PRO Shipping Platform

Acabo de empezar a realizar en envío a través de Packlink Pro y estoy súper contento, tanto por las múltiples opciones de envío como por las tarifas que ofrecen. El equipo es muy profesional, y tengo que agradecer a Jesús su llamada personalizada ofreciéndome su ayuda e informándome del funcionamiento de los envíos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Sin duda un acierto :)

Good app and easy to use .. James was super helpful in the setup and always answered my calls if I needed a little extra support.. only 4 stars due to a small issue with the extraction of order information and tariff codes for export orders .. but for domestic shipments it works well .. :)

Nonostante il servizio clienti sia veloce, purtroppo i tempi in caso di problemi sulle spedizioni (non avendo un contratto e contatto diretto con lo spedizioniere) sono biblici. Il servizio di tracking inoltre non funziona bene e non fa capire dove esattamente si trovi il pacco.

Il servizio è molto buono ma purtroppo attualmente le etichette stampate con il corriere BRT non mostrano il "PRESSO"(c/o) quindi sta capitando in più occasioni che BRT non consegna in quanto sulla etichetta viene mostrato un nome e cognome ma in un indirizzo dove, per esempio, c'è un Hotel..
Concludo che nella pagina di Packlink il C/O è presente ma, come specificato poco sopra, non viene ...

Ho scelto questa app per snellire al meglio la gestione delle spedizioni. Ho avuto modo di contattare la mia referente di account Brunella Esposito che è stata paziente, gentile ed esaustiva nelle spiegazioni.

First of all I got contacted by an Account Manager (Antoine) who helped me get started with the app. Really helpfull. Integration is smooth, rates are very interesting and everything is very easy to use. I would have loved a few more features (sorting/filter on the packlink order panel) or more depth on shipping rules, but overall this app is just a gem. Thumbs up to Antoine who helped me ...

No funciona como debe, sólo se limita a enviar los datos de envío del cliente, pero no se marca como enviado el pedido, no sincroniza, no añade el número de seguimiento, por lo tanto, sigues haciendo trabajo manual.

Escribí a soporte, me atendieron bien en primer momento, luego ya han desaparecido y no dan respuesta. Sólo se limitan a decir que si tienes el CCS anual de Shopify, cosa no necesaria ...

I was attended by Antonio Funes our support staff and he could solve all problem. And app is vey nice, and it makes me much easier online shop management.
