Our contact left the company and now we have no one to contact about queries or issues which is very disappointing
If you are interested in efficiency, accuracy, customer service and having your orders picked up stay clear of packlink. Support is extremely unresponsive, we had to ask multiple times to get issues "resolved". The worst, however, is the fact that they apparently sell shipping services that dont exist. We used a dpd service for national delivery in Germany, the offered service on packlink is currently not supported anymore due to covid (which we found out, after we researched why the driver didnt arrive for the 30 packages we had prepared). I even contacted support before and asked, since this happened once, but on a single parcel, which I assumed was not enough volume. Its just a joke and we will stop using it asap.

Due to the restrictive measures imposed as a result of a nationwide lockdown, many of the 7,000 DPD Pickup parcel shops, located in many public businesses, across Germany are affected by the temporary closure. Around 60% of all DPD parcel shops will, however, remain open. We endeavour to do our best on a daily basis to only display actual DPD parcel shops that are available. If a store is displayed as open for business and, in fact, is no longer available, we wish to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.

Two serious problems. 1) At least once in two orders are not automatically processed on shopify, so I have to process and attach tracking codes to hundreds of orders every week. 2) The DHL tracking code is not the classic 9-character one, but a much longer one, which does not work with shopify's automatic tracking for customers.

You can try to uninstall our App and install it again this will solve your issue. Cause we suppose that you change your plan after the installation fo the App.

7 shipments lost or nowhere to be found. Packlink's customer support is the WORST team I have ever experienced. Unorganized, unmotivated and can't be bothered to answer if not by copy pasting a template answer, no signel degree of care or attention for customer issues. Now they want to charge me a supplement for a shipment that is not even mine? Stating I sent a shipment of 11kgs and 1 meter in size when our ecommerce sells 10gram phone stickers. It is obviously a mistake but they wont do anything to fix the mistake besides sending copy-paste generic answers. I am DONE with Packlink. Worthless team, worthless service.

Es muy sencilla de usar y super cómoda, se integra perfectamente con shopify y te facilita mucho el trabajo.
Comecei a usar a app a pouco tempo e até agora correu tudo bem. O atendimento ao cliente é excelente e super rápido, a Katia Fernandes é super prestativa e atenciosa.
