VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Pessima esperienza. Avevo ordinato due ritiri (la domenica per il lunedi) e non passano a ritirare. Avevo chiamato il lunedi mattina per conoscere gli orari e un operatore maleducatissimo non mi da alcuna informazione se non ripetermi che il ritiro verra' fatto il giornata. Martedi chiamo e mi dicono che la causa e' stata uno sciopero e che per riavere il ritiro devo rifare la pratica e ci vorranno altri due giorni.
Quindi se io non avessi chiamato, nessuno sarebbe mai venuto nonostante il servizio era stato pagato. Inoltre, nella chiamata di lunedi, nessuno ha avuto la decenza di informarmi dello sciopero. Very bad experience. I bought two shipping for monday morning but no one came to pick it up. I called on monday to get info about the time of the pick up but i got no answer, just that it would be that day The day after, since i did not received any picked up, i called and they said it was a strike. Fine. But to get the pick up i should have ordered another one but it will take again 2 days to come. So if i didnt called no one would tell me that i spent money and for no service. On top of that, on the monday call, no one told me about the strike.

Perfect integration with our Shopify eShop. Great customer service, and better shipping costs than other operators. Very happy so far.

Ho iniziato ad utilizzare packlink da qualche mese e risulta un'app molto funzionale. Trovo solo qualche problema con un'importazione massiva di ordini (dai più di 10) in quanto non sempre vengono tutti importati correttamente. Il servizio di assistenza è molto celere, Brunella la referente è cordiale e ben informata

After receiving the call from the service center and guidance about the tool I improve the ratings to 4 stars-
I don't give the five one because I think this should be explain somehow at the app page.
If you don't have the premium shoppify plan, there are parts of the process that will be required to do at the Packlink Pro page, but all the consumer data is exported so really ease and quick process.

Thanks for your review. To return our carriers prices in your checkout you need the CCS (calculate Cost Shipping) feature. It looks that with the plan that you have it's not included. You can ask to the shopify support for the activation, you can also ask for an annual plan, the CCS feature will be included for free.
You can also set up your shipping rates and push the orders to packlink pro: click on "ORDERS" in our module then "EXPAND" and finaly on "CREATE A DRAFT. Orders will be uploaded in our shipping panel with all the information fullfilled.

Ich habe bereits einige Pakete über Packlink versendet und bin mehr als zufrieden.
1. Die Preise sind sehr gut! 2. Ich habe einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner was für mich sehr ausschlaggebend war, denn ich möchte nicht jedes mal mit einem anderen Sprechen das macht mehr Arbeit.
3. Mir wurde sogar geholfen meinen Shop mit Packlink zu verbinden SUPER SERVICE
letztere und wichtigste Punkt war das Packlink einen sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Ansprechpartner hat die mir bei allem geholfen hat. Ein großes Dank an die Frau Janin Engel Beste Grüße Öner Malcan

Je vient de télécharger. L'application me semble bien et facile à utiliser mais sur la page "ajouter un service", je n'arrive pas à faire quoi que ce soit à cause d'un popup qu'on ne peut visiblement pas enlever du coup je suis bloquée

Merci pour votre review. Vous avez un plan basic mensuel, celui-ci n'inclus pas le CCS (Calculate Cost Shipping). Vous pouvez passer votre plan a un plan basic annuel qui vous permettra de configurer el transporteurs et de les proposer sur votre checkout.
