Packlink PRO Shipping Platform

Applicazione molto utile e ben fatta, l'assistenza molto cortese e ben preparata...consiglio per chi cerca una soluzione facile per spedire i propri ordini.

I found Packlink researching online for the best shipping options and further discovered they had a Shopify app. At first I was a bit skeptical, because I thought the prices were too good to be true. But once the UPS driver came to pick up my first shipment, I knew Packlink would be an important part of my business' growth. I knew I could sell more since I could lower the shipping prices for my customers.
Easy to connect and easy to use. Very helpful support too. I was assigned an account manager from the start and he calls from time to time to check if everything is alright and if I have feedback for them. Amazing! What other company does that? I have had a few issues with DPD not coming to pick up shipments, but the Packlink team was very supportive and helped me out multiple times! I have recommended Packlink to a friend who has a Shopify store and he is also very happy.

Ho da poco avviato una attività e le spedizioni erano un problema, avendo zero storico. Avevo provato un paio di altri servizi ma i prezzi erano troppo alti e il margine andava a farsi benedire. Con Packlink mi sto trovando benissimo oltre alla facilità di utilizzo direttamente da shopify, l'ho usato anche per spedizioni extra sito arrivate dai social. Ringrazio Brunella Esposito, per avermi aiutato ad impostare il sito e sostenuto nelle prime fasi. Avevo un dubbio e mi ha risposto alla mail in tempo zero. Consiglio

Platform is good, app doesn't link with our store so we have to switch to their website to complete shipping. Support from Renata has been quick and super helpful in dealing with often problematic shipping and service from DPD.
