All I can say is the customer service is probably one of the best Ive ever experienced.Dealing with Renata I feel confident in their service and outstanding customer service compare to the other services out there.Their service eliminates the headache of you having to chase couriers and you can just focus on other elements of your business

Funciona muy bien hasta que se te pierde un paquete, o deja de funcionar algo. Con los paquetes perdidos la respuesta automática es "lo escalamos", pero de ahí no pasa. Y de soporte técnico no contestan los mails.

Premetto che sto usando da poco tempo questa app, ma al momento mi aiuta a snellire il processo di check-out perché una volta generata l’etichetta comunica direttamente con Shopify per l’invio del tracking e l’evasione dell’ordine.. cosa che con il servizio precedente non avveniva e dovevo registrare tutto a mano. Inoltre mi fa scegliere tra i vari tipi di spedizione e mi sto trovando molto bene con l’assistenza tecnica! In particolare mi ha seguita Nìcola DP, che oltre ad essere una ottima commerciale, è molto gentile e preparata e ha saputo darmi le dritte giuste per configurare PacklinkPro sul mio Shopify. Oltre a questo, basta che io le scriva una mail per avere una risposta veloce e precisa, se non addirittura una chiamata. TOP!!
