Il servizio è molto buono ma purtroppo attualmente le etichette stampate con il corriere BRT non mostrano il "PRESSO"(c/o) quindi sta capitando in più occasioni che BRT non consegna in quanto sulla etichetta viene mostrato un nome e cognome ma in un indirizzo dove, per esempio, c'è un Hotel..
Concludo che nella pagina di Packlink il C/O è presente ma, come specificato poco sopra, non viene stampato!!

Funciona muy bien hasta que se te pierde un paquete, o deja de funcionar algo. Con los paquetes perdidos la respuesta automática es "lo escalamos", pero de ahí no pasa. Y de soporte técnico no contestan los mails.

I'm sorry to say this, as Packlink is actually excellent value for money, but this app is pretty useless. None of the relevant order data, other than the address and order value, is sent to your Packlink account. Neither the shipping weight, nor the product data needed for the customs declaration are transferred, so you have to fill in package details and accompanying documents completely by hand for every single order - a tedious, error-prone and time-consuming process. I really hope that the developers will improve this soon. As a good example, I would recommend to have a look at the Shopify app from DHL, where the data transfer is fully automated and runs flawlessly.

UPDATE Aug 11. 2021:
I had a phone call with Packlink yesterday in which I was told that at least the shipping weight will be transmitted to the Packlink account if you either upgrade to a higher Shopify plan or switch to annual payment in advance. They are currently working hard on all the other items mentioned regarding automating customs declarations and eliminating errors in customs documents. Therefore, I award two additional stars retrospectively, trusting that things will improve soon.

Pratique et moins cher qu'une autre application utilisé, cependant c'est dommage qu'on ne puisse pas affranchir les colis pr les DOM avec la poste, que les points relais ne soit pas automatiquement sélectionnés et qu'on ne puisse pas non plus sélectionner tous les colis en même temps sur shopify pour les basculer sur packlinkpro !

great app for customers as they can choose they preferred courier. not so good for UK merchants as we are forced to pay each shipment as PAYG due to Direct Debit being unable for UK merchants.
