Platform is good, app doesn't link with our store so we have to switch to their website to complete shipping. Support from Renata has been quick and super helpful in dealing with often problematic shipping and service from DPD.
Contact with Katia was perfect to help us understand and unlock some details in connection with shopify.
Great App, above all, very good, proactive and reactive service!
A pity that some destinations are not covered (switserland, USA, etc.) from our country (Belgium) but hopefully it will be the case soon? We recommend it of course!

Muy buena atención al cliente, Carmen Quintero es muy agradable y atenta. La plataforma bastante buena, faltaría alguna comodidad más para la opción mensual de shopify, sobretodo en la automatización, pero por lo demás la recomiendo, los mejores precios y con una interfaz muy intuitiva.

We're using the app in Spain. They're clearly working hard on improving the coverage in Spain and the functionality of the Packlink Pro service, but right now there are some pros and cons. Pros:
- Without paying a monthly fee and without having to negotiate with each shipping service you get access to lower shipping prices.
- Addresses are loaded automatically into the Pro platform and emails are sent automatically to customers. - Label printing is very easy. - Customer service is given by a dedicated person, and Renata is great. But the availability is only Monday through Friday during business hours, and e-commerce happens 24-7. Cons
- There are separate platforms for packlink.es, pro.packlink.es, and pro.packlink.com and information isn't shared across these platforms. It's confusing, but also for some services (like COD) you need to use the regular, non-pro version and this information isn't saved in Shopify, and you don't get better pricing.
- With the basic shopify plan, unless you sign up for a full year, the integration is only partial. You're unable to add services inside the app, and you're unable to give prices directly to customers via shopify. You basically export the order info to packlink pro platform to book shipping. - Once you book a service it can't be changed. If you make a mistake and you need to cancel it, the process is not immediate. Also, the customer was sent the original shipping information already. You need to inform them manually of changes.
- No support for C.O.D. currently in the Spanish platform (pago contrareembolso).
