Packlink è molto semplice da utilizzare. Il nuovo collegamento automatico che ho scoperto da poco, è molto veloce e pratico, fa risparmiare così tanto tempo.
Ringrazio molto Davide Boscato per la sua gentilezza e pazienza per chi come me non è una cima nel computer, è stato super disponibile.
Usiamo questa piattaforma per il nostro e-commerce ormai da svariati mesi e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Nota aggiuntiva sulla performance di Packlik: ho avuto bisogno di parlare con qualcuno per capire come poter risolvere una nostra nuova esigenza e, dopo un momento iniziale in cui non capivo come poter comunicare con il supporto (oltre ad aprire un ticket che però deve avere un riferimento a una spedizione specifica - che io non avevo), sono riuscita a parlare con Brunella Esposito, il nostro responsabile account. Da lì sono stata piacevolmente stupita dalla puntualità delle chiamate, la prontezza di risposta e la disponibilità per ulteriore supporto. Ottimo lavoro!

Funziona benissimo l' automazione nell'importazione ordini con tariffe sui prezzi molto convenienti. Il customer funziona benissimo e per situazioni più particolari da risolvere è sempre disponibile la mia Responsabile account Brunella, super gentile e professionale.
Sono ormai diversi mesi che utilizzo solo questo sefvixio per le spedizioni del mio shop e mi trovo benissimo.
