We’ve been using Packrooster for a good while now and it’s been working great for us. Everything runs smoothly and we honestly have nothing to complain about. Whenever we’ve had questions, their customer service has been super fast and really kind. It’s been a pleasure to use and we can definitely recommend it.

This is a wonderful app that has given us an opportunity to scale our online store delivery options quite easily. The integrations with all big logistics companies work well and the customer service of Packrooster App gets 10/10. I warmly recommend this app for small (and why not bigger online stores as well) who want to scale their business all over the world.
An extremely useful app for managing multiple fulfillment options seamlessly. What stands out even more is their customer support—it’s exceptionally helpful and always responds quickly.
Very quick and easy to use.
Sending larger parcels should include an option to pack a certain amount of the merchandise so that you wouldn't have to click each one individually. We handle very large parcels up to 6000kg and the program will of course divide it into how many we want, but it takes too much time to choose everything individually and it may cost us more in the end if we just let it automatically divide the weight between the pallets. (for example a 5 pallet parcel would weigh about 6000kg but the products might weigh a different amount on each one, and the weighing could cost extra if it has to be done) Packrooster just divides the 6000kg into 5.

For your use case it would certainly be good to have the ability to fill in manually the quantity of products to be packed in one shipment or package without manually clicking each one. We have now added this to our roadmap for future updates. As for the multi-parcel shipments, we have to rely on how each shipping carrier API works. Many of them only approve total weight of all parcels/items when creating a multi-parcel shipment, and they do the weight distribution evenly in their end. Please reach out to our support with the information which carrier you're using, and we can do our best to have this supported by their API. -Samuli/Approosters
We’ve been really happy with Packrooster Shipping by Approosters. The app has everything we need for managing our shipping options, and getting it up and running was easier than expected. It works smoothly with different carriers and has been very reliable for our daily operations.
I also want to give a big shoutout to their support team. They reply incredibly fast, and every time we’ve had a question, they’ve helped us right away with clear and practical answers. It honestly feels like they go the extra mile to make sure everything works the way it should.

Awesome app. Does everything we could think of regarding shipping and much more. But the best thing is the amazing support. Insanely quick and thorough replies. Don't look anywhere else for shipping apps.
We've tested quite a few shipping apps on Shopify, and this one is by far the most configurable and easy to use. The interface is intuitive, setup is smooth, and it handles even complex shipping scenarios effortlessly.
What truly sets it apart, though, is the customer service. The support team is incredibly responsive, genuinely eager to help, and always open to feedback. I've shared a few development ideas and they not only listened, but they actually followed up and implemented improvements based on my suggestions. That level of engagement is rare and deeply appreciated.

Excellent app! Makes shipping easy with all the configuration options, labels, export documents etc. The app has all the major logistic companies available. Combine with Printrooster for even better experience. Customer serivce is there for you (fast) if you bump into some technical issues.
Vi har letat efter den perfekta appen för att hantera ordrar och testat flera olika. Både de som PostNord rekommenderade, och andra. Inget har fungerat speciellt bra. Sen fick vi tips om PackRooster.
Vi hade massa frågor innan som vi tog med supporten, fick bra svar, och installerade appen.
Riktigt smidig installation, enkelt att komma igång och helt otroligt smidig orderhantering. Vi har en streckkod på våra följesedlar som vi enkelt scannar. När en order är scannad skrivs en fraktsedel ut automatiskt och ordern blir fulfillad. Det kan inte vara smidigare än så. Tack!
