Customers search for nearby Packstations, Paketshops, and Postfilialen by postal code or city, and the app fills in the shipping address in the format DHL requires, validates the Postnummer, and prevents later changes. Packstation addresses typed manually through express checkouts such as Shop Pay are corrected automatically after the order is placed. This helps German merchants reduce failed deliveries to DHL pickup points.
