This really works! Only downside is it does not work on the first page, but all pages after that! Recommend!
Boosted my page speed by around 13 points. I had a pretty bad score due to third-party apps that were not used but still installed. I removed them and installed this.

So easy - just took one click and it made a noticeable improvement to how quickly my pages load! My images are still rendering a little slow -- but definitely much faster with this addition!
