Incredible support from the Shop Pad team. Whenever you have an issue they'll respond super quickly, and are always more than happy to help! User interface can be a little bit buggy at sometimes, but all problems can be sorted! Makes designing a website, very easy, especially if you have minimal coding experience

They don't answer the phones. Ever. Been trying for over a week at different times in their listed support hours. Been listening to the stupid hold song, yet to talk to a human.

I like the liberty I have to make the pages the way I want them to look. Not tied to pages being posted to the themes format.

I have found the app pretty intuitive to use, and it has some great features, like social media blocks. But as with any third party user interface, there are limitations on the functionality without deep diving into the code. For example, some of the column formatting does not translate well across device sizes.

Incredible templates, easy to use and amazing support. I was having an issue on mobile where the main menu wouldn't open. Shopify said this was being triggered by the ShopPad templates and although the ShopPad team couldn't see it from their side, they persevered and eventually uncovered the problem.

It would be nice to have greater control over how these appear on mobile - images turn out too big on mobile. With this functionality the app would be completely faultless.
