I have been using the Pagefly app since 2020 but haven't needed to use the chat function until today (July 2026). I wanted to make a change on a page but noticed that all of my pages are now labeled "Legacy" and the edit function is not available. Yakub was very helpful in explaining the change and providing a video on how to begin recreating my pages in Gen2. I will begin doing that today so I don't know how easy or complicated that process is as of yet but I am confident that I will be able to get reliable assistance should I need it.
Yakub was also very patient as at times it took a while for me to reply to his questions/comments.
I've had a great experience using PageFly. The platform is intuitive and makes building pages much easier and more efficient. What impressed me the most is their technical support team. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues.
