This app is excellent! I needed the ability to customize my product pages and PageFly has given me the ability to design pages the meet specific needs of my products. It's easy to organize and tailor content. The user interface is very intuitive and you can make pages in minutes.
The app integration is a little limited. I had to switch from apps that met my needs and had to forgo some functionality. I chose the Loox and Wiser apps. The integration was seamless.
I've had a wonderful experience with the PageFly support team who responded quickly and resolved my issues. The entire experience was very friendly and welcoming.
I'm giving 3 stars because sometimes support is good and sometimes it's really terrible. I think, sometimes they know how to help and other times they don't know how to fix some of the glitches in PageFly. If they ask me one more time to try a different browser (we have multiple staff in multiple countries who are all experiencing the same glitch) I think I might lose my mind :)
I find PageFly good and it has created a good website design for us but it is clunky and can be troublesome. I think maybe it's the best option out there but Shopify... really? This is what you leave us with - all these clunky apps.

The customer service is always very quick and helpful - major highlight of the app. Special shoutout to Randy who just solved a full width issue we've been having for a while. At times the app itself is not as intuitive as I'd like it to be, but overall its doing what we need to.

I experienced several bugs in my product pages, which were raised by my Customers - f.e. "Add to Cart" button stop working. The customer service has been always very good and I got very good support. I wish that the app would be more stable, the bugs are happening two often on my published pages, but still 4 stars because the customer service tries to give a very good support and fast response.
I love this app! It upgraded easily the pages I needed without any coding skills or high-cost themes. Very fast and nice customer service. My problem was solved within few minutes.
