I had an extremely hard time accessing the homepage to edit my site because I had cleared my browser, and it decided not to allow me to log in. After contacting Shopify and Page Fly twice, I finally got put in contact with someone determined to help me. Ellie was great. Even though I was frustrated, she was determined to find the solution. She took the time to find the answer instead of giving me some troubleshooting nonsense as others did. I am extremely satisfied with this service, and if I could give her a personal 5-star review, I would!

The app is great, but the biggest value is the 24/7 customer support! If their app supports it, you literally just have to ask for help and they will help you build it. They are so knowleagable and super friendly.

Paid for additional service. What I got was not great quality so that it keeps breaking whenever time there are updates. Then, when we request to fix issues caused by the updates, they denied. I have been using this app more than years this is how they treat customers. BE AWARE.
Years of time and money spent on this platform were completely wasted.

This is by far the best Shopify App ever. The 1 star reviews must be from people that have no coding or previous web design experience. I am by no means an expert in web design, but this app has worked perfectly for me and my needs. I have built my companies whole website on PageFly and it looks like a site that would have cost thousands of $ to pay a web designer for. I can understand if you have no previous web design experience why this app would be difficult for you, but for someone with basic html knowledge that is all you need. They recently rolled out a PRO plan that has BEAUTIFUL templates, so even if you have NO EXPERIENCE, you can still build a beautiful site for cheaper than a web designer or Shopify Theme. Also, their support has been very helpful and fast and I have not had a bad experience with it like other people have mentioned. 5/5, would highly recommend!
