I find the app to be not intuitive and therefor difficult to use. However, the support team has been really helpful which has made it all a bit easier for me. There are tons of videos out there, but talking with the support team actually helps me find the right videos I am looking for.

5 star for their customer service(Cookie). Very swift and effective response.
At first, I'm not used to the new app for page builder since I think it was complicated to edit. Now I think t it's useful and come with lots of temples. At this price, it's great.
But it still has some limits, such as I can't create a product comparison with images. The table can't insert any images. And the section must have to publish so that I can use it directly again. But if I publish all the small sections I like, the section will be included in the publishable slots. Then I will lose the quota of a page.

The support is very accessible and they answer quickly, they answer all your questions and if they don't have them at that moment they pass you to specialized people.

utilisée pour réaliser une page que notre template ne pouvait as nous fournir, j'ai trouvé l'application particulièrement utile. Ce qu'elle pourrait perdre en simplicité, elle le gagne grandement en liberté d'action, en plus de permettre d'ajouter des bouts de sites provenant d'autres plateformes
Par contre, l'usage de l'anglais est le minimum requis pour utiliser correctement l'application.
Le service technique est très rapide. J'ai reçu Zee, elle a été très rapide et courtoise avec moi, en plus de sa patience.

it's certainly a big improvement to the limited editing you get from shopify's native environment. some things could be better but things work well and the helpdesk is super on point. recommend it.

It's so easy to build pages using PageFly. I had no previous experience and managed to build a website from scratch. There are some bugs here and there, but the support is always willing to help. If the Customer Support Agent can't a member of the Development team jumps right in and the issue is fixed.

This app has really helped me with creating the exact website that I want, and has given me a lot more freedom than the regular Shopify editor. For me it was however a bit of a long learning curve in the beginning. There are some issues occasionally, but the chat support has always been incredibly fast, kind and helpful!
