I have never got such good customer service from someone as Orange. Orange helped with annoying thing I was dealing with on my shopify page and helped fixed it for me and even gave me some great critique on how to improve my website further! I am truly impressed by such good service!

Lots of features, and excellent support (especially Sami). Being able to choose what content displays on what devices is really good for optimising your pages.
Randy was amazing helping me with what I thought was the silliest question, but he fixed it and even showed me how to do it myself. Thank you. I'm on my first day of the app only so looking forward to learning more and using all the features!
Cristian from PageFly is great to work with as he so responsive as he will not send you a link and have you go there to figure it out for yourself. He is truly a big part of caring about the people he helps in the live chat. He will help you by fixing it for you or show you how to fix it. PagFly is a great app as I am so grateful for this to be part of the ease of my day.

I've had a great experience with their customer service. It does take a while to get things resolved via chat, but eventually they've fixed all my issues.
Their staff is very knowledgeable and tend to understand your issue straight away (sadly, this is not the case in many other apps and software providers). Their pages are very easy to edit once you know what to look for and really great in connecting with Shopify.
I wish they had a smaller pages upload option of 5, instead of 10 being the minimum to purchase. But, in all, I'm very happy with PageFly.
