Very helpful & fast 24/7 support! I spent hours trying to figure out how to format a certain page and Touquir had it done in ten minutes, thank you again!

There are no limits to what you can do with this Shopify app! The support is very helpful and spot on with fixing issues - fast most of the time.
The respons time is 1 minute to 30 minutes while working on issues.

The only minus is, that it is very expensive if you want to create unlimited pages for the website.

Perfekt værktøj til at designe responsive sider. For os har det betydet, at vi internt i teamet nemt har kunne komme ud over stepperne med en brugervenlig webshop som fungere uden problemer. Iøvrigt.. Deres support er fantastisk! Selvom vi arbejder på forskellige tidspunkter i døgnet, så kommer der ALTID et brugbart svar, som løser de udfordringer vi har haft :-)

The app is great and definitely makes my life easier...Customer service is responsive but hard to communicate with. The app had a bug that displayed my products wrong. I had to explain my problem to about 6 different reps before someone finally listened to me. It was another 2 weeks before the bug was fixed. If customer service hadn't frustrated the hell out of me I would have rated the app 5 stars.
