I find the app to be not intuitive and therefor difficult to use. However, the support team has been really helpful which has made it all a bit easier for me. There are tons of videos out there, but talking with the support team actually helps me find the right videos I am looking for.

This app helped me design my own landing pages for my products. Their support is amazing, this guy Donny helped me so much, really the best experience you could expect.

The attention from support team is the best, they answer quickly and help you with any detail. Great app and great team!

Pagefly is a pretty good app! i am using a free plan and i am glad that they offer it! To try new things and make it easyer for new shop owners! They also offered me a free homepage review! Keep the good work up!

The app is very easy to use, very intuitive and the support team is amazing! I've had a problem with installing the background and I sent my files to the dev team, which applied the background using the code editing, sending me a video guide how to do it myself, and all of that for free, before even purchasing any of their plans!

This is the Elementor of Shopify. It's very customizable, easy, drag and drop...and the customer service is incredibly good. They are quick, know what they're doing, and easy to work with.

Pagefly is a great pagebuilder app and better priced than the competition. The support is very helpful with coding topics as well as general questions. Even with simple questions (which I could have read up on) the support always remained friendly and helpful.
I can only recommend the app and therefore give 5 stars!

5 star for their customer service(Cookie). Very swift and effective response.
At first, I'm not used to the new app for page builder since I think it was complicated to edit. Now I think t it's useful and come with lots of temples. At this price, it's great.
But it still has some limits, such as I can't create a product comparison with images. The table can't insert any images. And the section must have to publish so that I can use it directly again. But if I publish all the small sections I like, the section will be included in the publishable slots. Then I will lose the quota of a page.

Kyo gave great support - thank you Kyo! I had an issue that I was working through at a late hour (11:30pm) and Kyo was very responsive and helpful.

Lucian and James managed to resolve my technical issue, however the customer service messaging tool needs reviewing, as you are constantly having to repeat your request over and over again as your ticket keeps being passed onto various members of the support team, rather than it being held with one member from start to finish!!
