The app has amazing flexibility for someone experienced with computers, but I can imagine the less tech-savvy struggling. If you run into any issue, their support team is top-notch.

What can be improved:
Unless your a developer of this app this section shouldn't concern you, this is without a doubt the best shopify page-building app out there.

There are a few basic functionality issues that I ran into. While I eventually found a work-arounds for everything, this app would be a lot more powerful and accessible with some minor tweaks.

I didn't love the difficulty I had nesting multiple elements (for example an accordion item inside an accordion item, or several pictures inside of a column, etc). It seemed like it was arbitrary what could or couldn't go inside of something.

My biggest gripe was with the lack of variety of default elements. The ability to choose from fleshed-out templates was helpful, and I ended up copy-pasting bits and pieces from each template. I think a drop down of "example templates" for each default element stolen from your page templates might be very useful.

Randy and the crew over at page fly are super top notch. I don't have all day to wait around for answers or creative solutions - the team over there is always super responsive and always able to get my issues (always my fault lol) taken care of!

Pretty impressive product - addresses a lot of the major page creation barriers in most themes. Would highly recommend. One minor UX issue to address is unpublishing pages - it's not very intuitive

The app is great, good customer service and easy to use.I recommend this app, it is very affordable.

For someone who is at times technically challenged like myself, the app is really great! The good thing is that it comes with three months of free trial of the pro version which has great features. I have been using it only for a couple of days and asked for help when I did not understand how few building blocks work. May, who supported me is absolutely amazing. I never worked with such a dedicated person. Not only she designed the part of my page for me, but also explained in details,how to do it correctly so I don't have to reach out to them again. She went for an extra mile for someone who is based in another timezone. Literally she worked I believe around midnight to get things sorted (I wasnt are of it). Fantastic support and great product. I will definitely make the most of it and I hope using it to make more sales and nicer product pages design for my customers. Well done!

Great app, but even better Customer Support
The app itself is a great app. You have the freedom to basically design your emails and sms anyway you want in any flowchart, but the most attractive part about the product wasn't the app but the stellar customer service blew me away. On just a free plan, the customer service I was given was amazing. David was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful, fixing my issues quickly and even educating me when I asked. He always asked to fix my errors for me even before I had the chance to ask him. Usually, I don't leave reviews but the customer service alone made me write a review.

I use this app for my landing page. And I love it. When i encountered a issue with my page they spend so much time with me to help me resolve it. One guy was even at the end of his shift and he was so patient and perfectly handed me off the next person without any problems. They went above and beyond to make sure my page was up and running smoothly. They were awesome.!!
