I really enjoy pagefly, especially with how quick they are with helping you. One of the app technicians named Orange, helped me out the most. My header image was not showing up on mobile, and after Pagefly connected me to her, she did not stop until the issue was solved! She even helped edit the color of my hoover buttons for me, without me even needing to do it. And gave me really solid advice on what issues I needed to fix for my website. I really like this app, and will definitely use this for more of my pages on shopify. The experience of creating a website is so easy with this app it seriously saved me so much with trying to fix my pictures on the regular shopify themes. I 10/10 recommend this to any novice website designer, or small business owner. Saves you so much time and money !!

was creating the parrelx effect, was confused as on the tutorial doesn't explain that the effect is only viewable on the live view published page :)

Why one star ?? They can refuse to assist you with using their app. That is their app and while they can force you off of it, they can refuse to provide you customer service as that is their decision based on their policies. They are saying they will be contacting Shopify to request that the review you made be removed, as they feel it is unreasonable.
At first, you were complaining about the way Shopify charges, blaming all charging problems directly to us, while we just follow Shopify charing policies. At that time, you gave us 1-star review, on which we replied with a detailed answer on the charging situation.
You then deleted that review to clean up the base and get back with new false accusation.
Yes, we, like Shopify or any other self respecting business, have our TOS and we preserve the right to decline service for users who violates it. But we didn’t do that yet. We didn’t force you out of our app.
Yes, if the review is unreasonable, it’s important to bring that to the attention of Shopify to keep the ecosystem healthy. But we didn’t do that yet. We didn’t raise any complains to Shopify.
After you removed your first 1-star review, we though the issue was solved and continued to offer you service normally. But obviously, you just set yourself in some kind of "war mode", which we don't want to waste our time on. We will focus our energy on improving product and serving reasonable customers.
This review will most likely stay which is ok because we want everybody to know the truth behind this case. Looking at other reviews and our overall score, we strongly believe that customers can make a right judgement about our product and service quality.
Lets you customize your page quickly, yet offer the ability to easily integrate your CSS code for deeper customization. Customer service is one of the best I ever used. And the basic plan is free, so you can try it to its full extent without worries. I'm very happy with Pagefly, saved me a lot of work!

Excellent support, very quick response and accurate. The software interface is friendly and works as expected.
Great support, so far so good, even though I think sometimes it is not really obvious to play with the page. It requires a small learning curve.
I am definitely enjoying the app very much! The features are very in depth and useful, and better yet the staff is extremely responsive and helpful!
They were able to fix almost any problems i had, and able to work on features that weren't readily available!

I used PageFly to create a landing page. First time I worked with Shopify, and PageFly made it really easy. Using one of their ready made templates the result is impressing. I needed to contact customer support for an error (that was not their mistake) Live chat put me in touch with Touquir, who solved the issue within minutes. Thanks for the experince. Oh and this is the free version.
