I've been using PageFly for over a year and always receive quick and efficient support if I run into technical issues. Rasheed was very patient and helped me to fix my landing page by adding a little code. They sent me screenshots and how-to guide to get back on track. Highly recommend this app!

I have been using the Pagefly app since 2020 but haven't needed to use the chat function until today (July 2026). I wanted to make a change on a page but noticed that all of my pages are now labeled "Legacy" and the edit function is not available. Yakub was very helpful in explaining the change and providing a video on how to begin recreating my pages in Gen2. I will begin doing that today so I don't know how easy or complicated that process is as of yet but I am confident that I will be able to get reliable assistance should I need it.
Yakub was also very patient as at times it took a while for me to reply to his questions/comments.

Honestly I have mixed feelings using Pagefly, some parts felt a little old school with the manual configurations, another part with the help of AI managed to assist me with the html coding which makes the experience more easy, some fine tuning that I wasn't able to do was assisted by a helpful human support team. Aldwin was very helpful and not pressuring me to respond quickly nor exiting too soon that I am chatting with a bot again just to reconnect with a human for assistance (we've all been there lol), so I am grateful for the help I have received! :)

A friend suggested I use PageFly to build my Shopify store, as it allows you to customize page layouts and UI to match your brand's identity through its modular elements.
